Domaine Lecomte

Our family estate is located in the Loire Valley, more precisely in the center of France. Established in Quincy since 1995, we expanded our vineyard in early 2010 with 3 hectares of Châteaumeillant where we made our first harvests by hand under a radiant sun.

Châteaumeillant 2010, the first vintage to obtain the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée Châteaumeillant, expresses the inestimable qualities of its terroirs. For the record, Quincy was the first vineyard in the Loire Valley to obtain the AOC in August 1936 and Châteaumeillant is the last Loire Wine appellation to obtain the AOC.
