Bourges

Unmissable, it is part of local history, it has been around for 70 years and counting! National in scope, its number of participants continues to increase. Every year the departure takes place around midnight in front of the Saint-Etienne cathedral in Bourges.

For the bravest

Bourges-Sancerre, 56 km long with a total drop of more than 700 m, is the flagship event. You walk the country roads in the dark for an arrival at the Caves de la Mignonne in Sancerre at the beginning of the afternoon. On your way you will find many supply points: what could be better than a snack break! Equipped with a road book, you will be able to see your progress in this event, by having it stamped at each supply point. Some variations of this hike have been created for the less adventurous.

The variants

Morogues-Sancerre

This intermediate level hike leaves from the village hall of Morogues between 5:00 and 6:30. This approximately 29 km allows you to catch up with the big loop of Bourges Sancerre for a walk in the heart of the Berry landscape.

The Little Sancerroise

For the more timid, the Petite Sancerroise and its 16 km will satisfy you. But beware, it is not as easy as it seems! Indeed, the route remains quite hilly and winding. Join this itinerary for a discovery of the Mignonne cellars. Departure is between 7:30 and 8:30 from the Salle de l'Amandier in Sancerre.
