The estate extends over an area of ​​18 ha, and is located on the best slopes of the communes of Menetou-Salon, Parassy, ​​Aubinges and Vignoux-sous-les-Aix: 11 ha planted with Sauvignon, the exclusive grape variety of Menetou-Salon White 7 ha planted with Pinot Noir, the exclusive grape variety of Menetou-Salon Rouge and Rosé. The Menetou-Salon vineyard covers an area of ​​1090 ha, half of which is already planted. The appellation area covers 10 municipalities. The great homogeneity of the soils of Menetou-Salon gives the product a beautiful and true identity.
