Domaine du Coudray

The Domaine du Coudray is located in the town of Civray, west of Bourges. Initially specialized in cereal cultivation and seed multiplication, Philippe Nivet and Michel Savoie decided to diversify by setting up a wine-growing activity in Quincy in 1995.

The viticultural activity is based on a collective system. Work in the vineyards is carried out by a team of employees shared with six other winegrowers. Vinification is carried out in the premises of the Cave Romane de Brinay, resulting from the association of 14 estates. It allows us to benefit from a modern tool and the skills of oenologists and wine merchants who participate in the production of quality wines. Each of the winegrowers remains in control of his own production. Since 2011, new plantings of vines in the Reuilly appellation have made it possible to complete our range of wines.
