The grape varieties cultivated since 1975 by the Cherrier family are characteristic of the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée "Menetou-Salon": sauvignon for white wine and pinot noir for red and rosé wines. Nicolas Cherrier, representing the 4th generation of his family, perpetuates the profession

The farm is located in the heart of the wine estate, on the place called "Dionet", which covers 8.5 Ha, between the municipalities of Menetou-Salon and Vignoux-sous-les-Aix. The Menetou-Salon vineyard covers an area of 1090 ha, half of which is already planted. The appellation area covers 10 municipalities. The great homogeneity of the soils of Menetou-Salon gives the product a beautiful and true identity.
