Cave Pascal & Pierre Bourgeois

Since the 1600s, several generations of winegrowers have built our family winery. A large part of our vineyard is located at the very foot of our cellar. Respect and listening to nature, the magic of wine and conviviality are the hallmarks of the place.

Pascal and his son Pierre, rigorously perpetuate the traditions and customs on their farm and will be happy to welcome you for a tasting. You will find Pascal busy with the work of the vines, Pierre elaborate with care the vinification and Nathalie and Gabrielle at the reception. Our structure allows us to work meticulously and respect the environment. Our estate has 13 hectares planted on clay-limestone soils dating from the Upper Jurassic (Kimmeridgian). Some plots are characterized by a carpet of small fossilized shells called "hen's ears". Our wines are made from the Sauvignon grape variety for the whites and from the Pinot Noir grape variety for the reds and rosés.
