Mareuil-sur-Arnon is a pretty little village in the Cher region, 35 km south-west of Bourges. The Arnon River is an imposing 33-hectare body of water, running alongside the village and offering anglers predatory fish and white fish. It is also conducive to relaxation and walks, cycling or canoeing. Many spaces are laid out to punctuate your walks: the Champ de Foire, the small park of the Lavoir, the promenade of the Allée Verte or the Promenade Rive Sud. At the edge of the lake you will find: picnic tables, benches, barbecues, playgrounds for children, fitness trail, pétanque and tennis courts.
