Myriam Bouchard trained in ceramics with professionals during trips to Europe, Indonesia and the United States. His graphic design studies taught him the requirement, the balance, the accuracy of volumes, a critical approach always in motion.

Lands and techniques – lathe, coils or plates, gas or wood firing – serve the purpose of each unique, functional or sculptural piece. Thus, vases, cups or abstract sculptures are first of all textures, materials, colors, composed and contrasting, which are part of a claimed and accomplished Japanese aesthetic. His tea bowls are collected.
