In the historic center of Bourges, City of Art and History, the Palais Jacques Cœur is one of the most sumptuous buildings of XNUMXth century civil architecture. A flamboyant gothic masterpiece. It combines the Gothic repertoire, royal symbolism, elements of the arms of Jacques Coeur and realistic representations of daily life. Inspired by the aristocratic architecture of the residences of Duke Jean de Berry, the building has fireplaces in all the rooms and an oven for the toilet.
