Cultivation of green lentil since 2001 in sustainable agriculture.

4th generation on the Grange Neuve estate, Pascal and Brigitte have been cultivating green lentils since 2011. They developed the short circuit in 2014. So you can find them on the farmers' markets or come and meet them on their farm where you will discover the lentil declined in all its forms. Green, blond or coral, it is transformed into flour, shortbread, confit and beer. On the organized tours you can taste their lentil confit on a toast of goat cheese accompanied by a lentil beer.
