Dominique Garet

Dominique began filming with Owen Watson before joining the first CNIFOP session in 1979. The following year, he arrived at La Borne in 4L. He worked for six months in Bernard Thimonnier's studio.

He then moved in with Janet Stedman and they built a 6m³ three-chamber oven in 1982. From 1993, the workshop was shared with Roz Herrin. During the winter, Dominique, with remarkable dexterity in lathe, investigates garden production. Small and large pots, cachepots, watering cans, bird feeders, they fill two rooms for spring cooking. Then the dishes cooked with gas. A generous simplicity covered with vine ash enamel invites you to come to the table, to sit around the earth. One, two, three pot go ahead!
