The Christmas Village
Santa Claus and his elves once again set down their suitcases at the foot of the Cathedral 8 at 24 december. Around them, around fifty chalets to find the ideal gift idea and taste the traditional gastronomic products of this period. Right in front of the Tourist Office, and to keep the children waiting until the big day, the Carousel will delight the little ones. As for the more daring, they can take a ride in the Christmas sleigh, parked just behind the Santa's House.
On the program of events this year: games, workshops, face painting, et musical shows we will punctuate the alleys of the Christmas village as well as the streets of Bourges.
New 2023 : A big Wheel 40m high appeared right in front of Saint-Étienne Cathedral! Enough to gain height and enjoy an exceptional view of the city.

Christmas wreath workshop
Christmas often rhymes with decoration and magic, the tree and its traditional garlands without forgetting the wreath on the front door. The festivities can finally begin. Give free rein to your imagination and come design your own Christmas wreath with Frédéric Thélinge, nature animator.
At the Avaricum shopping center
Santa Claus and his elf stopover in Avaricum from December 6 to 23 to take a photo with the children, listen to their wishes and collect the letters left in his mailbox installed at the shopping center.
Personalized shows, strolls and gourmet entertainment are also on the program to let yourself be distracted between two windows…
Escape Game at the Museum
During the holidays, young and old will have to solve the puzzles and elucidate the investigation of “Endangered Gifts!” at the Museum.
An exploration notebook will also be available throughout the vacation for adventurous children (from 8 years old) at the Museum reception.
